Jennifer's Bio
My name is Jennifer Dale and I am a Usui Reiki Master Teacher in Asheville, North Carolina. I began practicing Reiki in 1999 and became a Reiki Master Teacher in 2003. In April of 2009 I became a Licensed Reiki Teacher through International Center for Reiki Training. I teach Reiki through regularly scheduled classes and by private classes . I really enjoy teaching Reiki and helping students learn practical ways to use Reiki for themselves and others.
As the 2018 year approaches I am entering into my 20 th year with practicing Reiki.
It contiunes to bless my life in countless ways...
My Reiki practice is a three part practice: I teach Reiki classes, conduct Treatment Reiki Sessions , and I design and implement Reiki volunteer programs in our community. My biggest passion is the volunteer programs; doing Reiki along with people that I have taught, together helping the community connect deeper through Reiki.
There are eight Volunteer Reiki programs that are a part of a non-profit that was approved in the Fall of 2014. It is called Asheville Reiki Connection and serves the areas of Hospice os Asheville, UNC-A student body, Animal Haven of Asheville, Swain Drug and Alcohol Rehabilitation Center, Sunrise Community Recovery Wellness Program, Richmond Hill Adult Family Group Home and Hope and SECU Cancer Centers and our latest at Our Voice.
If you are interested in volunteering your time with any of these programs email Jennifer at [email protected].
I use Reiki daily and incorporate it's energy in all aspects of my life. I have been married for twenty seven years and have three children. My husband and three daughters all do Reiki. My husband and I coach girls soccer and I use it with the team for injuries in practices and during games. We have gone to hospitals , our Church, and made home visits as a family to help those who might benefit from a group Reiki experience.
I have taught Reiki to sixteen children who college-aged now. We use to go to Animal Haven in the summer to do Reiki on the abused and neglected animals helping them to heal and earn the trust of humans so they can be adopted. The program ran for seven years during the summer and was a beautiful program benefiting the kids as well as the animals. The program has now changed to adults doing Reiki on the animals year round(weather permitting). Please go to the Animal Reiki page of this website for more information.
I mentor high school seniors with their senior graduation projects. Several have made Reiki their focal point of their projects and others have done Reiki with me as volunteers using the experience as part of the service learning section of the project.
I teach Reiki at the University of North Carolina-Asheville. It is a level I class and is taught as a recreational evening class. I really enjoy teaching Reiki to the students helping them to incorporate healthy ways of reducing stress into their busy lives.
Reiki is limitless in All the ways it can help heal. Through my Reiki practice, I enjoy helping others with physical, mental, emotional, and spiritual healing. Please feel free to contact me for an appointment, to schedule a class to learn Reiki yourself or to join our volunteer programs...May 2018 bring you Beauty....
With Love, Jennifer*
